Spotify Analysis Dashboard 2024 (Power BI)

Customer Segmentation with K-Means Clustering

I developed a Power BI dashboard for Spotify analysis of year 2024, integrating Python for API calls to fetch data directly from Spotify for Developers, including cover URLs. The dashboard incorporates various visual graphs to highlight key insights, with a special focus on a heatmap created using Python visuals with Matplotlib and Seaborn. The dashboard integrates interactive visualizations and insights, making it easy to explore patterns in streaming data. By leveraging advanced analytics, it provides a comprehensive view of the evolving music landscape and user preferences, offering actionable insights for music enthusiasts and industry professionals alike.

Customer segmentation using K-means clustering is a powerful strategy to optimize business decisions and drive growth. By identifying the optimal number of customer segments using the elbow method, businesses can visualize clusters to understand distinct customer groups effectively. This analysis, performed with Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn, is enhanced by interactive visualizations created with Matplotlib and Seaborn. Implementing K-means clustering categorizes customers into meaningful segments, enabling businesses to personalize marketing strategies and enhance customer satisfaction by addressing specific preferences. Ultimately, this approach helps maximize profitability and ROI by aligning strategies with actionable customer insights.

I developed a Power BI dashboard for call center data analysis in collaboration with The Forage and PwC. This tool offers concise insights into key metrics and trends through interactive visualizations, including dynamic charts and tables. With robust filtering and drill-down features, it enables tailored analysis by timeframes, customer segments, and service channels. The dashboard supports trend identification, operational optimization, and strategy development, while interactive features like annotations and sharing options enhance collaboration and decision-making.

Secured the 2nd runners-up position at JU Innov8 2.0 Hackathon! With over 700 participants and 250+ teams competing, it was an intense and exhilarating experience.

Over 100 talented participants showcased their skills, and the 𝘊𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘷𝘢𝘭 theme challenged us to design a visually engaging and user-friendly platform that encapsulated the energy and fun of a carnival.

For my design, I aimed to create an immersive experience by blending playful aesthetics with modern UI/UX principles. I focused on crafting a seamless user journey, using bold colors and interactive elements to bring the carnival theme to life.

I’m excited to continue exploring new opportunities and challenges in the world of design.

I have successfully completed the NPTEL Course on Business Analytics for Decision Management from IIT Kharagpur, achieving a commendable 87%!

As the Coordinator of the main flagship 24-hour coding hackathon, I successfully organized and led the event, which featured over 100 teams and more than 200 participants. I managed event logistics, ensured smooth operations, and fostered a collaborative environment for participants. My responsibilities included coordinating with industry experts, handling technical challenges, and overseeing participant engagement, resulting in a highly successful and impactful coding competition.

As a Campus Ambassador for Unacademy, my role is to promote and raise awareness about Unacademy's educational resources within my campus community. I'll organize events, recruit users and educators, gather feedback, create content, network with stakeholders, and uphold Unacademy's brand image.

My first internship as a Data Science Intern at CodeClause showcased my dedication, enthusiasm, and strong skills in coordination, communication, and attention to detail.

I am a pre-final year student at JECRC University with a strong passion for Machine Learning, Data Science, and Data Analytics. My foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) in C++ has sharpened my problem-solving skills and further fueled my interest in the evolving tech landscape.

I completed my Senior Secondary schooling (Grade XII) in 2022 from St. Anselm's School, Bhilwara, with an impressive 79.9% overall percentage.
